Upon successful payment of the one-time fee of $269.00, Avoda INC grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Bot ADA Chat for your personal or business websites. This license allows you to deploy and operate the chatbot within your owned or managed digital properties.
While your license is provided as a "lifetime" access, usage is subject to fair-use limitations to maintain system performance and reliability. Excessive API requests, abuse of automation, or misuse of system resources may result in temporary restrictions or account review.
You agree not to use Bot ADA Chat for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities. This includes but is not limited to distributing spam, engaging in fraudulent activities, violating intellectual property rights, or attempting to disrupt or compromise the platform’s security.
We prioritize your data security. All data processed through Bot ADA Chat is handled with encryption and industry-standard security practices. We do not sell, share, or use your proprietary data to train public AI models.
While we strive for maximum uptime, Bot ADA Chat is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime.
Due to the nature of digital products and instant access delivery, all purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Please ensure the product meets your requirements before purchasing.
Avoda INC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use Bot ADA Chat, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or data.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
